OK?has the water been poisoned?what has happened to people?tonight at work(i work in a hote )a group of 'kids' were having a party in one of our penthouses,about 1 am one of them thought it was grand idea to chuck a 20 POUND DUMBBELL off of a 16 floor balcony.i saw it come down and didn't even believe it when i went across the street and saw it-thankfully no one was hurt-we sent them packin' with a police escort.
